News Flash! US and Afghan governments begin three-way peace talks with Taliban

The U.S. government has launched into three-way peace talks with the Afghan government and Taliban, a senior military official in Afghanistan told Fox News. 

The talks come as Afghan President Hamid Karzai also visits Pakistan in a bid to press for that country's cooperation. Pakistan is vital because the leaders of both the Taliban and the affiliated Haqqani network are thought to be based in the country and in contact with Pakistani intelligence officials.

But I'm afraid that there is no making peace with these people, and everyone knows that. The only chance the government has of achieving peace and stability in the country is to smash  the Taliban into pieces.

Fox News analyst Sarah Palin hinted Wednesday that it is not too late for her to get into the Republican presidential contest.
Asked in an interview if she would be interested in jumping in the race if there is no clear winner by the time Republicans gather this summer for their nominating convention, Palin said she would "do whatever I could to help."

Thousands of students, several well-known athletes and a number of politicians are expected to join Michelle Obama for an event in Des Moines that will promote exercise and healthy eating.
Besides the first lady, participants at the Thursday event include Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad, gymnast Shawn Johnson, figure skater Michelle Kwan and NASCAR champion Carl Edwards.
About 10,000 children will be bused to the event from 45 schools in the Des Moines area.
It will be Obama’s first stop on a three-day national tour marking her Let’s Move initiative, which promotes physical fitness and healthy eating for children. She’s been drawn to Des Moines by Iowa’s Healthiest State initiative. That program aims to make Iowa the healthiest state by 2016.

Obama gets flak from opposition over birth-control ruling

Obama is taking flak from religious institutions and Republican presidential candidates over his decision to make employers, including Catholic universities and hospitals, cover contraception in their employees' health insurance plans. His opposition is making heyday over his miscalculation of the public's feeling towards this stupid decision. 

Catholics for Obama  better think twice about who they are going to vote for.

Making the wrong conclusion and take the wrong actions.
Blaming every thing and evey problem on someone else, especially Bush.
Taking more vacation time than any president in history and spending more money on them.
Nominating the wrong people who clearly are left wing extremists and who do not respect the constitution, as well as socialists.
Being on the wrong side of America’s interests, on the right side of any controversial issue.
Always taking the path that opposes the majority. For example, if more people are against it, he will push it.


I'll be honest with you...... I knew that Obama would be bad for America, but. I had no idea just what an absolute disaster he would be.  But we all know it now.
